On 15 June 2023, Michał Szot (IF PAN/MagTop), Wojciech Wołkanowicz, Sergij Chusnutdinow, Grzegorz Karczewski (IF PAN), Tomasz Story (IF PAN/MagTop) have submitted to European Patent Office application in order to protect a declaration of priority for the invention: Active photoelectric element, method of generation of radiation and method of detection of radiation (application number EP23461604.3).
